Hello,
I love to explore Michigan! My husband and I enjoy biking, hiking, running, sailing, swimming. My husband has been teaching me how to sail each summer on his sunfish and his Hunter 140.
I have taught 7th-grade math and 6th-grade girl’s P.E. I am in my sixth year of teaching and I know that I was meant to be a teacher! I enjoy finding new ways to engage students, helping students to make connections with what they are learning, and extending student knowledge beyond skill-and-drill. My plan is to use this site as a way to reflect on my teaching, post lessons that made an impact on students and keep track of routines that work. The webpage is a constant work in progress. Enjoy!
